InformationOpen round Nantucket basket signed on the bottom of the mahogany base “Made in Nantucket (map of Nantucket) by Jose Formosa Reyes, circa 1970. The basket is made in the early treadition with one oak stay on each side extends up through the rim and the shaped handle is fastened to the wood ear and swings on a metal pin. All of the ribs are oak and fit into the mahogany base at the bottom and the oak rim at the top. (B 0194) Condition: The basket has a warm honey color and is in excellent condition. Dimensions: Diameter 10 1/2, Height to Rim 7 1/2, Height with Handle Up 13, Inches
