Planked POW Bone model of a British Triple Decker with Baleen Inlay between Cannon rows. The ship is mounted with the same number of canons per row on port and starboard sides. There are 24 deck mounted cannons and there are 106 additional cannons shared between the three rows of cannon that come through the hull. All the cannons in the hull have red painted cannon doors. All the spars are bone, and the model is fully rigged with excellent attention to detail. There is a finely carved and polychrome full figure of a man in military uniformed soldier as the figurehead mounted on the bow. The stern galleries and quarter galleries are carved with fine detail. There are colorful flags flying from the peak of each mast. The model has a finely planked base which is set into an old and possibly original case.
