Fine Whale Ivory Crimper with Eagle Head on the End with Pierced Wheel, American, 19th Century. The crimper is constructed from 4 sections of whale ivory with tree sections of baleen separating each of the ivory sections. Two of the sections are cross-hatched carved and the remaining sections are smooth. The eagle eye is engraved. The wheel is finely pierced carved with an attractive design.  (SC1307))
