InformationSweet Five-inch open Nantucket basket with swing handle, American circa 1890. The basket has an oak rim with oak ribs and ratan weave. The round base has three concentric circles and is made from a fine tight grained wood. The oak handle has metal ears and has a nicely shaped handle that tapers and swells near the rim. (FA1215)
Condition: Basket is in excellent condition and has a mellow patina.
