Ornate 18th Century Carved European Blunderbuss

InformationSmall ornate 18th century European flintlock blunderbuss, manufactured for the Eastern trade. The barrel exhibits an extensive scroll design with silver accents. The stock has elaborate carving throughout. There is a detailed silver wire inlay on the flintlock side of the shoulder stock where it is smooth. Both side plates, the hammer and lock, and trigger guard are handsomely engraved. The piece has a full length stock with ramrod. (I 1009) Length: 21 3/4 Inches. Condition: Excellent.
