Custom fixed blade knife made by the master knife maker Lloyd Hale. The grip is made from an authentic whale’s tooth that has been meticulously carved in the form of an eagle’s head. The beak is highly polished, and the remainder of the neck and head have been left natural and the natural tooth grain appears like the eagles’ feathers. The eye is made from a round dick of black pearl with a round dark pearl pupil. The base of the tooth has a decorative band made from small triangular black lip pearl inlays. The top and bottom of the inlay have polished steel caps that follow the border of the inlay. The blade is 3/8th inches thick and has a dramatic wavy machined top surface. The ricasso is wider than normal which provides room for a elegant cut out scroll at the bottom. The knife is signed on one side of the ricasso “Hale”. The blade is highly polished and has a up swept curved shape. (KN0052)
