Condition: Case is in excellent condition; dial in excellent condition with minor oxidation; mahogany base is a later Chelsea factory model produced to original specifications. Chelsea factory records indicate this clock was shipped on August 16, 1926 to Clock Dealers, Inc. of New York, during the last year in which Chelsea offered both the 12" striking model and their "Special Grand" dial. The Chelsea factory claims this is one of only nine clocks with 12in Special Grand dials that are known to survive, circa 1926, Dimensions: 19.0in x 19in x 6.75in
