Tramp art folky patriotic frame with mirror, American circa 1890. All four corners feature a two stepped America shield om top of a carved heart. At the top leg of the frame there are five two tiered stars. All four sides have applied strips of wood with large nail heads that underline the star groups which curve up at either end. The vertical legs have seven stars that match all the others. At the top of the border are a few short wood strips which are connected on all sides with a carved beaded border. (FA1147)
Condition: The frame has its original natural wood surface that has a untouched original surface.
